I tried many weight loss programs but either didn’t see results or gained more weight right after I stopped the program. I knew all of those programs were not healthy for my body. After getting started with the Miall Weight loss program, I thought I would be happy with losing just 10 kg in 3 months. However, it has been a month and a half and I have lost already 8 kgs and I want to lose more until the remaining month and a half.
