Excellent service, very clean, nurses were respectful an kind, there was a little language gap but they tried their best to get as much information to me clearly. Doctors spoke English. I had a good experience, the only little downfall was the pricing an payment. They didn’t thoroughly explain the full pricing so I was quoted one fee during consultation but was charged double and extra fees on the day. It would be far better if they offered clearer information or had set prices, I also would have preferred a detailed receipt so I can claim from my medical insurance with it. I was never asked if I had medical insurance it was assumed I would just pay cash. Other than that everything else was great.

I really wanted to have a nice hip so I tried belody lifting and liposuction but didn’t give satisfying results. Then I heard about hip-up tightening in Grace plastic surgery so I decided to try it. Few days after the surgery, it was quite painful but it got much better after that. My hip size went up and I love the new shape too. The doctor said it will take about 3-4 weeks for it to be natural after getting the stitches out. I can’t wait until it becomes really natural.

It built my confidence and I look at myself in the mirror everyday now. The first month after the surgery, it was hard for me to stand up by myself but with time, it got much better.
